Are NR UEs allowed to transmit over 100 MHz bandwidth in UL?

Hi Experts.

Question on resource allocation that happens in practice:
If we have NR 100 MHz bandwidth, does gNB allocate in practice UE to transmit in UL over BWP or over all the bandwidth?

Just wondering if NR UEs are usually allowed to transmit over 100 MHz band in UL.

Yes if configured with 100 MHz that is 273 PRBs.
Then max it can schedule is 273 PRBs but max of the average value in 500 msec.
I have seen is like 266 PRBs.

Shouldn’t the UE be configured with BWP instead of whole bandwidth?
