In fact, I am willing to build something that can push configs as well. not only receive alarms.
the service responsible for the SOAP APIs is NE3SADAP, and if I just manage to register with it, then i guess the rest will be just sending the soap requests (at least that is my understanding at this stage) .

I am collecting the log files (/tmp/RawAlarmHistory.txt) , exlcuding some alarms that are not necessary, and the ones that are extra, this leaves me with the list of actual alarms.
and then these data are stored and then represented in PowerBI.
Additionally, I am collecting different counters (almost 300 of them) and prepared the KPIs that allows me to monitor the entire network based on location, cell , eNodeB , Band , .

yet, i dont prefer it this way, using the SOAP API is the correct way.
May I know if you have managed to achieve what you wanted?

basically, I have server that can SSH into all the sites, and collect these data every 5 minutes.
after that, you can pretty much do everything with the data, either you can have an API gateway and provide these data to PRTG, you can send it in email, SMS, and so on. in my case, I am presenting it on PowerBI. and the NOC team continously monitor the alarms and can act quickly.

you can use NETCONF or CAI3G interfaces for configuration Management.

Which Vendor you are looking for?If it is Ericsson it is there in CPI documentation.

Note: I dont have Netact at all

Actually we are using WebEM login in the browser. The SSH cannot be enabled from the webEM login. I am stuck there..The vendor who is doing managing it is not providing the SSH login credentials. Is there any default PW for SSH login?

There is a default password for the ssh user,or you can search the documents for user (toor4nsn).
