How to decode the LTE-SIB1 slot level or RE level position in the time-frequency grid after getting MIB and SFN frame level it is ok.

After reading MIB what is the step by step procedure to read SIB1 which is scheduled in the PDSCH.

LTE-SIB1 is transmitted in subframe 5 in even frames only. In this subframe, the UE blindly decodes DCI on PDCCH with SI-RNTI whcih includes the frequency domain assignment
