3GPP standard numbers and coverage

Hi All,
When we say “3gpp standard numbers along with coverage which are compiled”, what does the coverage means here?

This probably means % compliance with standards.
All vendors usually publish a compliance reports which shows how much of the standard is covered for certain product.
For instance for gNB there might be a table which shows how much of 38.331 for R15 is covered.
