3 RRC setup request for 2 UE only

Hi all.

Can anyone please explain why there are 3 RRC setup request (highlgihted in yellow) as we have 2 UE here?

There is no RRC setup failure also.

But they are at different time stamps.

Yes what actually happen, 1 UE send RRC request then process is ended & then we can see 2nd UE send RRC request & call flow completed for it & then again 1st UE send RRC request & its call flow completed.

So question is: why at the very first time 1st UE send RRC request & then its corresponding call flow not showin?

Because eNodeB may not answer to all RRC connection requests when there is RRC storm.

Most likely T300 expiry. Compare the timestamps difference with the value of T300
