Hello Experts
After migation of few UMTS nodes from 1 RNC to another, we observed 100% RRC failures on couple of nodes (2 nodes).
Can any1 suggest how to fix this issue.

No alarms in RNC and nodes.
Tsing done: delete recreate IUB, node restart,NTP/CP IP verified.
