What’s the reason of RRC connection reject ?

A lot of reasons friend…Check the documentation
Number of RRC Connection Reject messages sent to the UE in a cell ( enodeB Faulty ,cpu load , number of user exceed, version is upgraded )
May be Congestion issue / RSSI issue / Coverage issue.
Check T300 & T302.
Increase value.
eNodeB level issue?
Yes check counters.
T300 100ms, 200ms, 300ms, 400ms, 600ms, 1000ms, 1500ms, 2000ms
T300 timer starts when UE sends RRC Connection setup Req to eNodeB and stops after RRC Connection Setup Complete msg or reject msg.
T302 UE has to wait for again sending RRC Connection setup requests after rejection.
Check RF Coverage/Quality
Check your UE is switching from LTE to UMTS.
Also Check your data pack. See the event of the data service pack.
Maybe your services has stopped.
You are playing logs of 18th March…if the date is wrongly set, set correct date in the system if you are collecting logs.
CSFB and fast-return is working fine but when latch to LTE EUTRAN Attached failure & after flight mode EUTRAN attached completed for few min I have UL/DL and then EUTRAN RRC Connection reject.
Just screen shot was 18 I sent.
For neighbors site everything is Ok.
check if cell is congested and the necessary radio resources for the connection setup cannot be provided and/or the eNodeB is overloaded. According to the 3GPP TS 36.331 , there is no reject cause value specified for the RRC connection reject message in the LTE . However RRC connection reject message provides the wait time parameter. The value of this wait time is an integer number in the range of 1–16. Wait time defines how many seconds the UE should wait after reception of RRC Connection Reject until a new RRC connection request message is sent.
