Here on the 4G Network, we are looking at cases where the value 72499 appears on the CBC on iPhone. We know that in a RAN Sharing network, 724-99 is the first PLMN of the site, and they call it DUMMY. The eNodeBs are Nokia. Does anyone know how to solve this, and also why this?
