Could someone share the best reference text for understanding LTE Link Budget plus LTE Radio Network Planning.

Hi All,
What’s the meaning of UE loss in LTE link budget?

It’s applicable as we hold device in hand, which is blockage.
I think we take loss as 1.5 or 3 dB.

Isn’t it called body loss?

In this example weh have Body and UE loss, total 9 dB considered:

If its LB for FWA, then cable loss for external CPE may come into picture.
