Intra eNB HOSR not as good for F1 after addition of F2

Hello Dears. After F2 addition it is observed that Intra eNB HOSR is not as good as F1. what possible checks can be done to improve it.

Can someone share his experience if any views for above scenario. More info is that preparation phase is fine , issue is in execution phase.

As you may know that execution phase is related to radio conditions. So check the overshooting of f2 especially when f2 is very clean and not yet generalized around. If there is an overshoot , try changing CIO.

No overshooting observed.
