Yes. Most of the Hunter Macros are built in Microsoft Access.
They all use VBA, but there's some reason why we have opted to use Access: it's much better to handle information in Access Databases. I will not point the pros & cons here, but I guarantee that the performance is very superior (for example to do comparison, baseline, audit, etc...)
(*Note that, once you have the data in Access Format it is very easy to export to Excel!)
Summary: yes, you need Microsoft Access 2007 or later.
