How can improve my SINR on a site. My signal strength(RSRP) is good but i get a bad sinr

Dear,What about interference, How many cells are serving in the area

SINR may be degraded due to ;
1- Interference from NBR Cells if they are serving with good Levels
2- UL Interference/RSSI is high
