Anyway to troubleshoot transmission issue on field from drive test for 4G?

Normally we use ping test by pinging the IP address of the FTP server at the network centre.

A case was observed yesterday and the latency was higher than expected.

Any parameters in LTE to observe transmission issue well performing DT?

How’s the QoS is being marked?
Congestion detected in any layer (access, backhaul)?
Did you try pinging other servers?

Yes, on that particular site and other sites.

Internet ping was done.

Normal with other sites but high on the concerned site.

Any parameters to be checked in the DT tools to monitor TX issue?
